MOTORCYCLE FITMENT GUIDE

MEASURE FIRST. ORDER SECOND.

The correct line or cable depends on the bike, controls, connection points and the full route between them.

THE SAME MODEL CAN NEED A DIFFERENT LINE OR CABLE.

Handlebars, risers, levers, throttle parts, ABS and custom routing can all change length, movement and connection requirements. Send the complete setup—not only the model name.

A CONTROL CABLE AND A BRAKE LINE NEED DIFFERENT INPUTS.

Use the existing part, a checked drawing or measurements taken by a qualified installer whenever possible.

01 / CONTROL CABLES

MEASURE THE HOUSING, TRAVEL AND ENDS.

  • Cable type: clutch, throttle, idle or other control
  • Housing length and exposed inner-wire length
  • End fittings, elbow angle and thread size
  • Stock or aftermarket lever, throttle or carburetor
  • Full-lock routing, free movement and required finish
02 / BRAKE & CLUTCH LINES

CONFIRM THE SYSTEM, ROUTE AND CONNECTIONS.

  • ABS or non-ABS system and single/dual-disc configuration
  • Master-cylinder, junction, caliper and controller connection points
  • Installed route, length and movement at full steering lock
  • Banjo or fitting angle, thread, sealing and mounting details
  • Destination market and any required product documents

Do not select or install a safety-critical line from appearance alone. Confirm compatibility and use a qualified installer when the application or routing is uncertain.

SEND THE BIKE, CHANGES AND PHOTOS.

We will use the information to identify the next product or measurement question.
